Utilizing Yogic fitness teachings, techniques and asanas in addition to their in-water lessons, CRSI provides the best Costa Rican surfing experience in beautiful Tamarindo. There is a years old tradition of incorporating Yoga and Surfing here in Costa Rica. After a long hard day in the waves, your body needs to be reinvigorated and Yoga is the one and only way to re-energize human body naturally.

Yoga and surfing have a natural partnership!

 

The physical benefits of yoga also complement the flexibility and power needed to have maximum fun and prevent injuries when surfing.  yoga works on the physical level to improve your strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and coordination. That means you’ll be able to surf longer, with more energy and endurance. So the practice became a favorite of surfers during the past few decades and that is why they include yoga for FREE with all surf camps.

To help students get additional flexibility, core strength and balance to improve their surfing, CRSI offers free weekly Yoga sessions. Experienced and friendly instructors will guide you throughout the sessions.

If you are looking for a more private and exclusive accommodation option then you might like a a bungalow or a standard room at Hotel Luna Llena. These luxurious bungalows and standard rooms have all the facilities you need to have enough privacy and comfort and just a short walks to the white sand beach. There are some other attractive features including a beautiful pool and a fabulous on-site restaurant.

This is their highest end accommodation with the facility of Hi-speed wireless internet connection, 24-hour security within a gated community and free daily maid service.
