There are different types of Yoga classes in Ylang Ylang Beach Resort. All these classes are conducted by experienced trainers. Their well trained Yoga instructors will guide you throughout the Yoga sessions.

Vinyasa Body Mind Yoga

Renowned Yoga instructor Ireni Stamou hosts this course. This course will help you release tensions from your body and have a feeling of deep relaxation. Combining her poetic approach with spiritual knowledge, Ireni will guide you towards the ultimate inner peace.

Restorative Hatharoma

Dianne Siegfried, an experienced and well trained Yoga instructor,hosts this course. Using natural essential oils made from the rainforests of Costa Rica, she will create deep inner peace and body awareness. Another important feature of this course is guided visualization sessions which help you to unblock or open your Chakra.

Hatha Slow Flow

This yoga course will help you to rediscover your own body. Dianne Siegfried, a skilled yoga instructor, will help you to establish an inter connection with your body temple. Breathing techniques will let you invigorate the muscles, create flexibility and restore the range of motion in all the joints.
