Soul Surfers Yoga Retreat at Anamaya

Yoga and surfing are a great combination, combining the worlds of land, water, and spirit to create an awesome retreat experience in Costa Rica. Surf Camp

Retreat participants will learn to surf, or improve the skills they already have, with daily surf classes, led by professional Costa Rican instructors. Anamaya usually works with Young Vision, which is the top-rated surf instruction company in the Montezuma area.

What’s Included

When comparing yoga retreats, it can be tricky because some places give you 6 nights and call it a “week” retreat. Others may not include the food, which if you eat at a restaurant will run hundreds of dollars for the week. Some may only include breakfast. Anamaya’s retreats include a full seven nights, and all your food. They use organic ingredients too, some of which is grown on their own farm nearby.

– 2 Infrared Treatments in their Infrared Sauna (great for soothing those tired muscles)
– Hike to the waterfall

Other excursions such as to Tortuga Island, Canopy Tour or Horseback Riding aren’t included.

Prices

For the full surf and yoga retreat, prices start at $1190 for basic accommodations, and go up from there. This includes seven nights at Anamaya, all your food, lodging, etc.
