Shooting Star Yoga Studio
If you are looking for a yoga studio offering classes specializing in yoga for surfers, Shooting Star yoga studio is the best. The have a local surf shop where you will find all the necessary accessories, equipments and props needed for not only surfing but also for practicing yoga. This yoga studio is just like a remote paradise located just 30 meters from the beach, overlooking the warm waters of our surf break.
Accommodations For Yoga Retreat
Cabinas La Ponderosa, a beach & jungle resort and hotel offers modern beachfront accommodations in Costa Rica’s pristine southern zone with acres of lush jungle, botanical gardens, fruit orchards and trails leading to a beautiful waterfall, will be the host lodging in Pavones. Cabinas La Ponderosa is well suited not only for groups but also for families. Angela and Marshall, two friendly capable Americans, will take care of you.
La Villa Perezoso
This is a two story 2,000 sq. feet luxurious house with tile and hardwood floors. You can enjoy the beauty of tropical wildlife while relaxing on adirondack chairs or hammock. There are patio and giant screened wrap around balcony with ceiling fans. To ensure your comfort, there is a living room which is fully air-conditioned. This extra large living room with ceiling fan, two folding sofas, satellite TV & DVD player and refrigerator is perfect for comfort living.
Maximum six guests can comfortably stay in this two story house with two upstairs bedrooms. All these bedrooms with french doors have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are 1 king size bed and 2 full beds and 1-½ bathrooms here in La Villa Perezoso.
La Casa Brisa Pacifica
This is a private beach house with separate driveway entrance and one-acre lot next door to La Ponderosa.You will enjoy complete access to all La Ponderosa’s amenities & services. Large plantation style porch with rocking chairs and porch swing is perfect for relaxation. To ensure your comfort there are fully equipped kitchen and dinning room.
This air-conditioned luxurious house has all the amenities you have been craving for. Maximum six persons can comfortably stay in this house. It has a spacious living room with wet bar, 20 foot ceiling, the “big ass” fan, two folding sofas, four chairs and satellite TV & DVD player.
Six Cabinas with different amenities
There are six cabinas here in La Ponderosa. Some of them have air-conditioning while some others not. But all of these cabinas have enough amenities needed. You can stay in one of these cabinas comfortably for weeks.
Cabina are for single or double occupancy, with the option of extra $10/ day for each additional guest. There is a private restaurant which is open all day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Yoga Classes
There are different types of Yoga classes here in Shooting Star Yoga Studio including Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga for surfers and Yoga for Beginners. Amy, an expert and friendly instructor, hosts these life transforming yoga classes.
