Teacher Training

Overview 300 hour

This program is only for graduates of the 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Program. This six-month program is designed to transform to 200-Hour graduate into a professional, working yoga teacher. Through a combination of a six-month apprenticeship with a mentor teacher, 14 weekend workshops, a weekly evening alternating series teaching philosophy and practice, a series pranayama, and to end project, trainees will refine their teaching skills, identify areas of expertise, and set the foundation for fully incorporating yoga into Their life path.

Through the apprenticeship program, trainees work closely with a senior teacher and build a consistent, one-on-one relationship and on-going dialogue with their mentor. Mentors in our 300-Hour Professional Program are senior teachers who each have Their Own specialty and unique areas of expertise, Providing you with a variety of Approaches to choose from.
