Most Popular Destinations in Costa Rica-Tamarindo

With its beautiful beaches, crystal clear warm waters, breathtaking natural surroundings, it is no wonder that Tamarindo is among the most popular vacation destinations in Costa Rica. Tamarindo Beach is part of a bay formed by a cape, and Playa Grande lies to the north of Tamarindo inside the bay. The two beaches are separated by Central America’s largest mangrove estuary, Estero de Tamarindo.
