Yoga and surfing are a great combination, combining the worlds of land, water, and spirit to create an awesome retreat experience in Costa Rica. What’s Included<\/h3>\n

When comparing yoga retreats, it can be tricky because some places give you 6 nights and call it a “week” retreat. Others may not include the food, which if you eat at a restaurant will run hundreds of dollars for the week. Some may only include breakfast. Anamaya’s retreats include a full seven nights, and all your food. They use organic ingredients too, some of which is grown on their own farm nearby.<\/p>\n
