The Sun, Surf, and Yoga is an awesome retreat to have some fun, adventure, and relaxation in Nosara,one of the oldest expatriate communities in the country, as well as a fishing and agricultural area. Nosara is also a surfing destination and the location of a world-renowned Yoga school. You will participate in a variety of exiting activities, including surf and yoga.<\/p>\n

Their world-class\u00a0 instructors will guide you to bliss as you attend their yoga classes. There are four main oceanfront communities each named after their respective beaches: Playa Nosara, Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, and Playa Ostional.
